I’m so glad you’re here.
I am excited to connect and support you on your lifestyle journey…
I have been in the Fitness and Wellness Industry for over 15 years. During this time I have had the most amazing opportunities to both work and participate with many individuals in various stages of life. I have had the privilege of working with all levels of fitness and ability, from people just starting out to those looking to fine tune and expand their options.
I offer a wide range of lifestyle options, including, but not limited to, group fitness, dance, yoga and meditation. I am also immensely grateful for my experience in many areas of lifestyle conditioning, including nutrition, self discovery and self care. I am excited to share my experience and resources with you.
My primary focus is on both health and well-being, sharing the importance on both movement and stillness. I hope to empower people with the tools and knowledge to live their best lives.
My love and compassion for people and health inspires me to make a difference and open my heart and soul to you.

Fitness Schedule
I will be teaching both at the South Surrey Rec Center and at WCHY Studio address – 1461 Johnston Road Unit # 101. The Cardio Combo classes offered at the studio will also be available on Zoom.
Mondays:
- 10:00 – 11:00am: Cardio Combo (Zoom)
Tuesdays:
- 7:00 – 8:00am: Body Sculpt – Zoom
- 5:00 – 6:00pm: Body Sculpt (South Surrey Rec Center)
Wednesdays:
- 7:00 – 8:00am: 40min Cardio Sculpt, 20min Core Conditioning (Zoom)
- 10:00 – 11:00am : Cardio Combo (Zoom)
Thursdays
- 7:00 – 8:00am: Interval Sculpt (Zoom)
- 4:30 – 5:30pm: Hot Yoga (WCHY)
Fridays
- 8:00 – 9:00am: Body Sculpt (South Surrey Rec Center)
- 9:15 – 10:15am: Cardio Combo (South Surrey Rec Center)
- 11:00 – 12:00am: Cardio Dance (Zoom)
Classes are open to everyone, please feel free to pass the info along.
Class Descriptions
Head to toe body workout using light-mid weight /resistance. This workout will leave your body feeling strong and toned.
- All fitness levels welcome.
- No co-ordination required.
Equipment needed:
- hand weights and/or resistance band.
High low based cardio format. Steady state cardio training using traditional aerobic patterns combined with a little dance and some cardio intervals.
- All fitness levels welcome.
- No equipment required.
30 minutes all core!
- All fitness levels welcome.
- No co-ordination or equipment required.
Much like body sculpt with the addition of timed intervals. Timing and format changes every month. Focusing on the strength and length of all muscle groups.
- All fitness levels welcome.
- No co-ordination required.
Equipment required:
- hand weights and/or resistance band.
A combination of steady state cardio and Tabata style cardio and sculpt intervals.
- All fitness levels welcome.
Equipment required:
- hand weights and/or resistance band
30 minutes of gentle yoga and stretch. A combination of breathing, basic yoga postures and muscle release.
- All fitness levels welcome.
A combination of all fitness formats cardio, sculpt and yoga/stretch.
- All fitness levels welcome.
- Weights are optional.
